1.) Cornstarch

What is the one thing cornstarch does the best? It absorbs moisture, alarmingly quickly. All you need to do is add 1/2 a cup of cornstarch with warm water and soap. Heat it up in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes then apply onto your feet to eliminate odors.

3.) Let them Breathe

Athlete’s foot begins as a scaly rash that usually causes itching, stinging, and burning. One of the best solutions for athlete’s foot is to let those puppies breathe. Remember that warm, moist environments attract fungi. So try to go barefoot sometimes to allow air flow to your feet. Shoes like sandals and open-toed shoes are great solutions to helping with athlete’s foot.

4.) Soap Solution

Simple hygiene steps can help alleviate a lot of the potential risk of athlete’s foot. Washing your feet daily can help tremendously in getting rid of fungus on your skin, drying it thoroughly is important to this process so be sure you dry them the best you can. Try washing your feet twice a day with soap and water and get in between the toes. Athlete’s foot is contagious so don’t use the same towel twice.

5.) Hydrogen Peroxide Soak

6.) Baking Soda

Baking soda is known for killing bacteria and works well as an anti-fungal agent. Sprinkle some in your footwear after you wear them or you can even concoct a paste to apply to your feet. All you need is baking soda and water to create the mix to help eliminate the odor.
