Return Policy

1. You may return any unopened / unused products (with the exception of damaged / defective goods which may be opened) within 30 days of delivery for full credit, less a 20% fee to cover the costs of re-stocking, re-packaging, and credit card transaction fees.
2. The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any discounts applied at time of purchase.
3. We will pay the return shipping cost if the product is damaged, defective, or if we shipped the wrong item. Shipping costs to you for all other returns are non-refundable, and the cost to return the item is your responsibility.
4. All returns require a return authorization number. Please email: custserv@OdorKlenz.com, include the original order number, name used to make the purchase, and a brief description of what you are requesting. OdorKlenz.com will email back the return authorization number and instructions for exchange or return.
5. Adequately package, insure, and track your return and include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
